financial policy

FEES

Our fees are determined mainly by the type of tooth (anterior, premolar, or molar), the type of procedure being completed (initial root canal therapy, retreatment, surgery, or other), and the type of filling being placed (temporary or permanent). These fees cover the expenses related to diagnosis, imaging, treatment, and all equipment involved in saving your tooth.

We request that fees are paid in full at the time of service, both for evaluation and treatment appointments.

Insurance

Our office is not currently in-network with any insurance companies. If you have dental insurance coverage, we will gladly file the insurance claim for you as a courtesy and assign the benefits to you directly. While payment is still expected in full at the time of the appointment, your insurance may reimburse you a portion (or the entirety) of our fees, depending on your individual policy.

In addition, many patients may prefer saving their insurance benefits for more routine dental visits (cleanings, fillings, etc.) to avoid reaching their annual coverage limit too quickly. You may reach out to your dental insurance company for more information about the terms of your policy.
